Our Qualifications
Susanna, Jack and Caroline Schlendorf are a mother, father and daughter team. Together, they have many years of experience as trusted advisers, skilled negotiators, and expert facilitators on behalf of a large, lifetime client base. They have been residents of Contra Costa County since 1971.
Susanna has been a Realtor since 1973, and a broker since 1978. After owning and managing a large real estate company for twenty-eight years, she is now enjoying solely representing buyers and sellers. She is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a degree in geography and urban planning. Her past civic activities include serving as a Mayor and Council member of the Town of Danville and receiving the Citizen of Year Award for Danville in 1994. She served as a member of the San Ramon Valley Area Planning Commission from 1974 to 1980. She currently serves on the Governing Board of the San Ramon Regional Medical Center, the Contra Costa Council, and Hospice of Contra Costa. She is also a University of California Master Gardner. Susanna is a current Director for the California Association of Realtors and held the prestigious GRI designation since 1975 and CRB designation since 1983.
Jack is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and received his MBA in Marketing from the University of Washington. He has been a real estate broker since 1973, serving a large residential client base. He also has significant experience and success in the commercial marketplace, representing buyers and sellers and managing small office buildings.
Caroline has been a Realtor for eleven years and a broker since 2005. Her successful real estate career began working for a large corporate relocation firm and has included experience in assisting transferring families, managing an award winning real estate office and a large base of loyal clients. She was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1996 and has earned the Centurion designation for the past 4 years. She is currently working on her CRB designation. Clients benefit from her negotiating skills and her understanding and use of Internet Marketing. Caroline is the mother of three sons, ages 15 and 13 (yes, the 13 year olds are twins!) who attend local schools and are active in sports and music.
